Taking Herself For A Walk

I was taking a walk at Cherry Park recently when I saw this lady arrive with her dog. I couldn't see a leash and wondered if she was going to trust her dog not to run off.

Sorry it's so blurry but all three of us were moving.

Then I understood.. sort of. The dog was taking herself for a walk.
